Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 11, 2026

Summary: We collect minimal data necessary to run our services, never sell your personal information, and give you control over your data. This policy applies to all SahasraTek apps and games published across Google Play and App Store platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, payment information, and any other details you choose to share.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use our apps, including device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system details, app usage data, and crash reports. This data helps us diagnose issues and improve your experience.

With your permission, we may collect location data to provide location-based features within our applications.

2. Online Services & Internet Access

Our apps require an active internet connection to access certain features, including but not limited to: leaderboards, multiplayer gameplay, cloud save synchronization, live events, push notifications, and content updates.

When you connect to our online services, we collect connection metadata such as your IP address, connection timestamps, and session duration. This data is used to maintain service integrity, detect fraud, and improve server performance.

Some apps may allow you to connect with other players online. In such cases, we collect your in-game username and gameplay statistics to facilitate matchmaking and leaderboard rankings. We do not share your real identity with other players unless you choose to do so.

Our online services may experience downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of progress or data resulting from service interruptions.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Ad Networks

Some of our free apps are supported by advertising. We work with trusted third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and IronSource, to display ads within our applications.

These advertising partners may collect and use certain information about your device and app usage to serve you personalized advertisements. This information may include: your device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), IP address, approximate location, app usage data, and interaction data with ads.

Personalized advertising allows ad networks to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests. If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can opt out at any time through your device settings.

Our advertising partners have their own privacy policies governing how they collect and use data. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how users engage with our apps. These tools collect aggregated, de-identified data about app sessions, feature usage, device types, and user flows. This helps us identify areas for improvement and measure the success of new features.

We use crash reporting services such as Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose technical issues. When a crash occurs, the service may collect information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace of the error. No personally identifiable information is collected in crash reports.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our apps and services; process transactions; send you technical notices and support messages; and respond to your comments and questions.

We may use your information to send you promotional communications about products, services, and events offered by SahasraTek, provided you have not opted out of receiving such communications.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
